Across the great state of North Carolina, we provide PSR services concentrating mainly in the Lenoir/Morganton/Taylorsville area and residential services concentrating mainly in the Elkin/Mt Airy region, and the greater Statesville area. 

Mission statement

The mission of Carolina Residential Services, Inc. is to provide appropriate services and support for individuals and families impacted by mental disorders and/or developmental disabilities, while working in collaboration with the community, empowering clients to experience personal satisfaction, and to live with dignity in their own communities.
